I Whaley Love You!

And I do!!!

I'm still not sure who this card is for but it is definitely for friends' anniversaries. I really need to get on the ball and kick out a lot of anniversary cards!

This is a darling set by Lawn Fawn and wouldn't you know it? After I cut out a couple of these stamped hearts, I was popping the paper out of the die AND dropped the miniature heart die for the set. I looked all over because it looked like it fell into a big box of stamps, all in alpha order. Sigh. This is not the first, nor probably the last time I will lose a precious little stamp or die cut! Should I paint the dies a florescent neon color when I receive them? How do I not lose a mini stamp, esp the clear ones? Bigger sigh. I would appreciate your thoughts and helpful suggestions!!!!

  1. What a cute card design. Your colors are gorgeous too. And I have lost little stamps too from time to time. At least if I have stained clear stamps, they are easier to spot then if they were completely clear.

  2. I whaley love this!!! The different blues are wonderful! And as for finding that die, do you have a magnet that you can dig around the box with? (Attach a magnet to a stick?) Maybe the magnet will find the die for you...?

  3. Beautifully crafted and designed. Love the ocean scene and all of that glittery goodness! Great texture and dies too. Super FAB! I lose little clear stamps all the time, sometimes they lose their stickiness and just slide away, never to be seen again, sometimes I pick up my cutting tool or magazine and lo and behold there it is stuck lol I think I have a die under my bank of cabinets....don't feel like moving it all just now....oh well. Good Luck!!!

  5. Simply adorable and love all the die cuts. I keep a pretty dish on my desk for stamps awaiting return to their sheets and one near my Vagabond. But the ones that hit the floor, well... I have a telescoping magnet I got at Amazon for about $6. Also good to get lids off cans that are done with a safety side cut. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000RB3XBA/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000RB3XBA&linkCode=as2&tag=papefine-20&linkId=3ROWXEHXAKJDN5YL

  6. Oh, I just HATE when a stamp falls on the floor. They bounce, and it takes AGES to find, if I ever do. Clear ones are impossible. Anyway, this card is just so stinkin' CUTE!!! Those little whales look like they adore each other....a prefect card for an anniversary!!
