It's Raining Flowers

Aloha friends,

This week at StampTV the challenge is to make your own background. It's hosted by Leslie and it feels good to play along. You can see the challenge HERE  And yup, still have one arm until the end of next week. This is my 4th try. Once I dropped the whole black ink pad onto my finished background (arrrgggghhhhhh ya matey!).

Stamp Sets: Frames and; Flowers #1 (the flower), Fanciful Tags (sentiment and oval border), and Spring Basket (the leaves), all by GKD.
Cardstock: Black Onyx and Bubble Gum Pink, GKD
Memento Black Tuxedo Ink
Copic Markers: the Red Violets and Yellow Greens
Viva Decor Gold Pen, Ranger Enamel Accents Black, Sakura Red Glitter Pen
Black Twine, Wink of Stella Clear, and adhesive pop dots

♥ And wishing Gina a speedy recovery after her rough night in the ER last night ♥

Thank you very much for stopping by
and leaving your kind comments!

  1. How pretty Rosy! I love how spring garden-y it feels. Fun vibrant colours :)

  2. Raining flowers is soooo much better than "raining black ink pads"!! I've done that, too. Sigh. However, you persevered and made this beautiful, flowery, summery card! Love those red violets! Making this background on pink was a super idea, and I love how you've done your black twine!

  3. You are a one arm wonder. This is so gorgeous in every way. I love your floral background and the embellishing you added.

  4. Oh, this is so purdy!! Truly, I am amazed at what you are doing - this is gorgeous!!! Great inspiration - thanks sweetie...keep 'em coming!

  5. This card is just beautiful and I can't believe your still a one armed crafter. You go girl. I simply love the feel of this card.

  6. Rosy this is so pretty,,,It has been sunny and warm here! xo

  7. Very pretty, Have no idea how you do it as this person has enough trouble at a table with two hands :) Hugz

  8. Another One-Hand-Wonder Rosie. This is absolutely gorgeous!!

  9. This is beautiful! Love those sparkly flowers. I have been so wrapped up in my own little world and didn't realize you were having difficulties in yours. Sorry to hear about your arm. Hope you are feeling better soon.

  10. Rosy, I may be a tad late dropping by...but summer has a way of doing that! This card looks Super! Love the shimmery flowers!
