Hula time!

Marci (LaLaLand stamps) went to the beach today! She just had to get up and wiggle her hips for the tourists :* She made them smile, but one guy ran his bike into a lamp post...

Technique:

 

I used Copics to color but left white space for reflection from the sunshine (then forgot to put her shadow...oops). Liquid Pearls in Red for all of the flower centers, on her lei, and on her ankle flowers. They are on the margins, too. I painted the sky and sand with shimmering chalks and water brush.
