Tag for Friend

This is for the STV challenge hosted by Lee this last week.

I love using the color wash with distress inks, and spritzing the inks with shimmer spray before soaking the colors into the cardstock. Previously I had used white embossing powder for the floral design. Added brass eyelet, dark green twine and several blue and green beads.

    I think this is so beautiful! What kind of shimmer spray do you use? Those beads are awesome. BTW...I keep thinking I have cat dander floating through the air while I'm on your blog!!! HAD to tell you that!

    Hi, Sharon - sorry about the cat dander (I meant it to be soft snowfall LOL). I mixed Perfect Pearls 'pearl' powder, about 1 tsp and mixed it with plain water into a recycled shimmer or smootz bottle with fine spray tip. Just shake well. It's great and goes with everything since it's such a neutral color. Hope you get this message, because I don't know how to reach those who require responses :)
